The Tudor Hearth & Harvest honors the rich culinary heritage of the Renaissance and Tudor eras, a time when exotic spices, fragrant waters, and sweet fruits were celebrated as the ultimate luxuries. We have meticulously researched and reimagined these historic recipes, from the grand banquets of the royal courts to the cozy kitchen gardens of the countryside, to bring you a comforting, late autumn feast.
