Hurd Orchards is a family owned fruit and flower farm, and canner nestled in the fertile plains of western New York. At PCC we proudly serve and sell their delicious homemade products. Last November, Chef Pamela traveled to attend their elegant Thanksgiving Tasting event. We celebrate that special evening and meal with our Thanksgiving at the Farm Cooking Class and Pignoli Dinners.
