Pignoli Dinner Club: Taste of Ugento September Dinner – September 21

This Pignoli Dinner was inspired by Chef Pamela’s recent trip to Castillo di Ugento, a glorious, golden 17th century castle in Puglia, at the sun baked southern tip of Italy. Home of the Puglia Culinary Centre and its 18th century kitchen garden, Pam studied with the school director, Chef Odette Fada. Join us as we explore these fabulous regional dishes.
